Roles and Responsibilities:
For Medical Representative:
- Promote company products to medical professionals to generate prescriptions.
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Regularly report fieldwork.
- Provide timely feedback to superiors.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns.
- Uphold ethical working standards and maintain a positive company image.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Age: Less than 30 years
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an MR
- Education Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate
- Desired: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy / D. Pharma
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (vocal and written) and local language
- Travel Requirements: As per the approved customer list of the respective HQ
- Job Competencies and Skills:
- Scientific knowledge of company products and competitors’ products
- Selling effectiveness and customer relationship management
- Computer skills and territory knowledge
Perks and Benefits:
- Fixed Salary increase of ₹12,000 PA post confirmation
- Travel Allowance: Approx. ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹2-3 Lakh PA (subject to performance)

- Manage and assist a team of Medical Representatives to generate sales.
