Qualifications:

B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
MSc (Master of Science)
BSc (Bachelor of Science)
ITI (Industrial Training Institute)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance (QA):

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Review and approve production batch records.
Investigate quality issues and provide solutions.
Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

2. Quality Control (QC):

Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of all testing data and results.
Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory requirements.
Conduct stability testing and validation.

3. Research and Development (R&D):

Assist in the development of new pharmaceutical products.
Conduct experiments and trials for formulation development.
Analyze and interpret experimental data.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

4. ITI Students:

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Assist in the production process to ensure efficient operation.
Adhere to safety and operational protocols.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and software (for QA/QC and R&D roles).
