R&D Opportunity: Upstream Process Development

We are currently hiring for R&D positions focused on Upstream Process Development. This role involves working on the initial stages of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including cell culture and bioreactor operations.

Job Description

Work on upstream process development using mammalian cell culture.
Handle shake flasks and bioreactors (1L, 5L, 20L) for scale-up.
Use ATF systems for process improvement.
Support technology transfer to pilot/GMP plants.
Manage and maintain Master and Working Cell Banks.
Document experiments and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Experience

3 – 12 Years of relevant experience in upstream process development within the biopharmaceutical industry.
