• Roles and Responsblties:
• Liaising with the external programme teams (e.g. BISON, IPT, GPO’s (Global Process Owners), Operations teams etc.) to ensure that requirements are clear and well defined, drive value, and are fit for purpose.
• Liaise with the GPOs and where relevant, Operations teams to ensure that the business process design supports the new operating model.
• Work closely with Global ERP functional and process teams to understand how the system is designed to meet the new business requirements.
• Work with the Controls Team to incorporate appropriate controls into the design of the business process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements e.g. Sarbox.
• Review, analyse and challenge of localisation requirements (legal / fiscal

• A background in technical writing, describing business requirements and processes.
• Experience in documentation management.
• More than 5 years of RTR experience
• Experience of ERP architecture, projects & deployment methodology
• Fluency in finance processes
• Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems.
• Ability to manage tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to Quality and Integrity.
• Excellent writing skills, and attention to detail are required.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Visio skills are required.
• Support Business development projects on account of Legal Fiscal and Regulatory requirements.
• Support GPO organization during new deployment.
• Support GPO organization to implement SAP changes on account of business requirements.
