3. Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute formulation activities within defined timelines.
Stability Study Protocol Development:
- Design protocols and evaluate stability data.
Impurity Profile Evaluation:
- Analyze impurity profiles of drug substances and products.
Hands-On Experience:
- Proficiency in developing injectable solutions and lyophilized products.
Documentation Preparation:
- Create necessary documents like BMR, MFR, and Technology Transfer Protocols.
