Role and Responsibilities
As a fresher joining the IPQA department at Gland Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance across various stages of the drug production process. Key responsibilities include:
- Line Clearance – Overseeing the clearance processes in dispensing, compounding, filling, and packaging.
- In-Process Checks – Conducting regular checks during compounding, filling, labeling, and packing to ensure compliance with BPCR specifications.
- Optical Inspection – Performing visual inspections and AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) performance checks to maintain high standards.
- Labeling and Serialization – Managing labeling and serialization activities to ensure accurate product tracking and compliance with industry regulations.
Eligibility and Required Documents
Qualification:
- M.Sc. or M. Pharma in Pharmacy or related fields
Gender Preference: - Only male candidates are eligible for this role.
