Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
To ensure the right candidates are chosen for this impactful training program, Gland Pharma has set the following eligibility guidelines:
✅ Educational Qualification:
ITI (any stream relevant to pharma/packing)
Diploma (Engineering or allied technical fields)
B.Sc. (Chemistry) – 2023, 2024 & 2025 Passouts
✅ Other Requirements:
Candidates must not be enrolled under ESI or PF
Must be fresh graduates, preferably with no prior employment under government schemes or formal apprenticeships
Apprenticeship Duration and Compensation
📅 Tenure: 1 Year of structured apprenticeship training
💰 Stipend: Will be offered based on qualification and aligned with industry standards
During this year, apprentices will get hands-on exposure, real-time mentorship, and structured skill development training in one of India’s most advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
