Position: Order to Cash Role

Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls to customers, email/fax invoices, or mail hard copies as requested.
  • Identify and rectify unidentified cash, manage end-to-end cash application processes.
  • Ensure Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is completed accurately and confidentially.
  • Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions, coordinating with departments for resolution.
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits/debits, and handle collection or refund processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA are not eligible).
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with Work from Office and US Shift (Night Shift).
