The Auro Loyal Program (ALP) by Aurobindo Pharma is tailored to equip ITI, Diploma, and B. Pharma graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge for excelling in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This comprehensive program offers a structured curriculum and hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition into the industry.
2. Qualifications and Eligibility:
- Open to ITI, Diploma, and B. Pharma graduates from the batches of 2021, 2022, and 2023.
- Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in their respective fields.
3. Training Duration and Stipends:
- Duration: 3 months
- Study Stipend:
- ITI: Rs. 5,000 per month
- Diploma: Rs. 8,000 per month
- B. Pharma: Rs. 15,000 per month
4. Other Benefits:
- Free transportation provided from Kukatpally.
- Subsidized canteen facility available for participants.
