Introduction to Aurobindo Pharma Foundation:

Aurobindo Pharma Foundation offers skill development programs through its Skill Development Center (SDC) in Hyderabad. It aims to empower freshers with industry-relevant training for a successful career in pharmaceuticals.

ARP & ALP Programs Overview:

ARP (Auro Royal Program) is tailored for M.Sc. and B. Pharma. graduates, focusing on QC/QA/ARD/FARD/Stability functions in Formulation and API verticals. ALP (Auro Loyal Program) grooms Diploma and ITI graduates for Production and Packaging roles in Formulation.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with B. Pharma / M.Sc. degrees (Analytical, Organic & Inorganic) for ARP and Diploma / ITI qualifications for ALP are eligible. Graduates from 2021, 2022 & 2023 batches can apply.

Program Duration and Study Stipend:

ARP spans 4 months with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month, while ALP lasts for 3 months with stipends ranging from Rs. 8,000/- to Rs. 5,000/- per month, depending on the program.

Other Benefits Provided:

In addition to stipends, candidates receive free transportation from Kukatpally and subsidized canteen facilities during the program duration.

Walk-in Drive Details:

The walk-in drive is scheduled for 7th April 2024 (Sunday) from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM at APL Research Center,(aurobindo Pharma Unit – III), bachupally  Hyderabad.
