Qualifications and Requirements

B.Pharm/M.Pharm Freshers

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, specifically those who graduated in 2022 or 2023. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Immediate Joiners

Candidates should have a notice period of less than 15 days, as we are looking for individuals who can join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

Quality Management Systems

As a part of the CQA Team, you will be responsible for managing quality systems at corporate departments, ensuring adherence to high standards.

Change Control and Deviations

Review, approve, and close change controls, deviations, and incidents for corporate departments.

Process Validations and Verifications

Review process validations, continued process verification, cleaning validations, hold time studies, and APQR across all Hetero formulations facilities for oral dosage forms.

Quality Review Meetings and Harmonization

Coordinate and review quality review meetings, implement and harmonize the Quality Management system across all Hetero formulations facilities.

SOP Issuance and Regulatory Support

Issue and control CQA SOPs to respective formulation units, and support regulatory inspections in all formulation units of the Hetero group.

Self-Inspections and Additional Responsibilities

Conduct self-inspections in formulation units and be ready to take on any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
