Who Should Apply?
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who have 02–07 years of experience in Project Management within the CRO, CDMO, or Pharma industry. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, one of India’s fastest-growing biotech hubs.
Academic Requirements:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (mandatory)
Additional qualifications such as MBA or PMP Certification are considered a plus
Key Responsibilities of the Project Management Role
The role is highly versatile and requires candidates who can take full ownership of multiple responsibilities across the project lifecycle. Below are the core duties expected from the selected candidate:
1. Mastering Project Management Methodologies
You will be required to understand and implement industry-standard project management practices. Familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP frameworks will give you a competitive edge.
2. Measuring and Reporting Productivity Metrics
Consistent monitoring and reporting of key productivity indicators to upper management is essential. You must be adept at working with tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or project tracking software.
3. Addressing Operational Challenges
You must be equipped to resolve daily operational bottlenecks, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables remain on track.
4. Overseeing Compound Shipments
Your role involves supervising the dispatch and delivery of chemical compounds, ensuring timely and accurate shipment to the designated destination.
5. Client Engagement and Meeting Preparation
Project Managers are expected to assist in preparing for client visits and meetings, ensuring that all key information and documentation is in place.
6. Complex Shipment Handling
You’ll take charge of managing intricate shipment processes, which require attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance norms.
7. Shipment Database Management
Responsible for maintaining the shipment database, ensuring it is always updated with real-time data and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
8. Conducting LNB Audits
Perform LNB (Lab Notebook) audits and accurately report findings to ensure compliance and traceability.
9. Timeline and Deviation Management
Identify and escalate deviations in project timelines, ensuring timely corrective action is taken.
10. Action Item Tracking
Participate in client meetings to capture action items, and follow up rigorously to ensure each is completed within the specified timeframe.
11. Training and Development
Engage in mandatory training programs and continually implement new learning to enhance job effectiveness.
