What You Will Do in This Medical Affairs Role

We need you to be the primary scientific face of our company. You will talk directly to top doctors and thought leaders in a specific therapy area.

Here is what your daily work will look like:

• You will find and connect with key medical experts in your region.
• You will execute our medical plans. This means running advisory boards, hosting medical education events, and leading special projects.
• You will act as the go-to scientific expert. Doctors, hospital managers, and pharmacists will look to you for treatment trends and study data.
• You will represent Dr. Reddy’s at internal meetings and external scientific conferences.
• You will gather real-world insights from top doctors and bring that valuable information back to our commercial teams.
• You will study disease trends and help write our yearly medical strategy plan.
• You will answer technical scientific questions from physicians.
• You will partner with experts to write and publish case studies, reviews, and meta-analyses in respected medical journals.
• You will train our sales and marketing teams on the newest medical updates so they stay informed.
• You will make sure all promotional materials pass our strict ethics and compliance rules.
• You will look for unmet patient needs and help us think of new products to develop.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

To be fair, this is a highly technical role. You really need a strong medical background to succeed here.

Education and Experience

• You must have an MBBS degree.
• You also need either a full-time, 2-year postgraduate medical degree OR an MBA from a well-known school.
• You can be a fresh postgraduate, or you can have up to 2 years of experience in Field Medical Affairs.

Skills We Look For

• Strong grades and a deep understanding of medical research and data.
• Great speaking skills. You need to talk to top specialists easily, like a peer.
• A good understanding of how business works.
