Open Positions and Requirements

Injectable Production and Manufacturing

• Experience: 2–6 years
• Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
• Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling PFS, cartridges, liquid vials, and compounding
  • Exposure to isolators, vial washers, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves
  • Familiarity with the USFDA regulatory environment

Engineering

• Experience: 4–8 years
• Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (Minimum 60%)
• Key Skills:
  • Maintenance of manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers
  • Expertise in utilities like HVAC, water systems, and process control
  • Electrical proficiency with a mandatory 33KV license
  • Automation engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes

Quality Control (QC)

• Experience: 3–8 years
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)
• Key Skills:
  • Expertise in handling HPLC, GC, KF instruments, and IR UV analysis
  • Proficiency in chemical analysis, stability studies, and working within a cGMP environment
  • Emphasis on Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Experience: 3–8 years
• Qualification: B.Pharma/M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of QMS processes including investigations, risk assessment, deviations, and CAPA
  • Experience in line clearance activities and document review
