Injectable Production and Manufacturing
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in handling aseptic operations such as PFS, cartridges, liquid vials, and compounding
- Familiarity with isolators, vial washers, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves
- Hands-on experience in maintaining manufacturing vessels and filling machines
Engineering
- Experience: 4–8 years
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Key Skills:
- Maintenance of process areas and sterile manufacturing equipment
- Expertise in utilities such as HVAC, water systems, and instrumentation
- Electrical proficiency with a mandatory 33KV license
Equipment Qualification
- Experience: 4–8 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Engineering (Minimum 60% Marks)
- Key Skills:
- Preparation, review, and execution of SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
- Qualification of autoclaves, tunnels, filling machines, and lyophilizers
Quality Control
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in handling HPLC, GC, KF instruments, and IR UV analysis
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and stability testing
- Expertise in cGMP and GDP with exposure to USFDA regulatory processes
