2. Team Member – Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

- Experience needed: 6 to 10 years
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation
- What you will do: Work on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and serialization for OSD processes. You need to know machines like ROMACO, FETTE, GLATT, ACG, and IMA. You will also work around blister packing, coating, liquid filling, and bulk drug systems.
3. Specialist – SIT Engineering (Site Investigations)
This role is all about solving problems. It’s amazing how much a good root cause analysis (RCA) helps a plant run safely.
- Experience needed: 6 to 8 years
- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or B.Pharm
- What you will do: Lead investigations and figure out why deviations happen. You will write up CAPAs, help handle audits, and talk to a lot of different teams to get to the bottom of incidents.
4. Team Member – Engineering (Process Mechanical)
If you like getting your hands dirty with machine maintenance, look here.
- Experience needed: 4 to 8 years
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- What you will do: Fix and maintain OSD equipment. You should know how to troubleshoot granulation, compression, and coating machines like FBD, Wurster, Fette, and ACG systems. You will also handle preventive maintenance so things don’t break down in the first place.
