Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (15:00 Hrs)
Interview Venue: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., Leadership Academy, Bachupally, Hyderabad – 500090.
Work Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag).

Departments & Roles

Dr. Reddy’s is hiring across several technical teams. Here is the breakdown:

1. Production Filling & Compounding

Filling: Aseptic operations, Vial/Cartridge filling, Lyophilizers, and Isolators. Experience with QMS (deviations/investigations) is required.
Compounding: Complex injectable compounding, solution preparation, filtration, and CIP/SIP.

2. Engineering (Utilities & Process)

Utilities: Working with HVAC, Purified Water, WFI, Clean Steam, and Boilers. Candidates for the Electrical team need a 33kv license.
Process & Instrumentation: Maintenance of injectable equipment (Vial, BFS, Lyo), PLC/SCADA, and automation.

3. Quality Control (Chemical)

Requirements: Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, KF, IR, and UV. You must be familiar with chemical analysis and stability studies in a USFDA environment.

4. Packing & Qualifications

Packing: Expertise in visual inspection, serialization (track & trace), auto-cartoning, and leak detection.
Qualifications: Experience in sterile equipment qualification (SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) for autoclaves, tunnels, and filling machines.

5. SME (Subject Matter Experts)

Specific roles for Vial filling/Lyophilizers. Note: An OEM background is mandatory for these SME positions.

Are you eligible?

Experience: 3 to 8 years in the relevant field.
Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, B.Sc, or M.Sc.
Academic Record: You must have at least 60% marks throughout your academics.
