Opportunity
Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@SAS we’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Customer Success department as a Customer Success Administrative Intern starting in April 2024 and ending in September 2024.
The Customer Success team serve as a trusted advisor to our customers to help them achieve success in adoption and modernization of their SAS software. The CSM works strategically with their customers and account teams in a consultative manner by understanding their business goals to assist in building a success strategy to take the customer through the post-sale lifecycle. This ensures the customer has a strong plan for installation, adoption, usage, and modernization. The goal is to develop the customer into a SAS advocate by providing a great customer experience.
As an Administrative Intern, you will be assisting our Customer Success Managers in engaging with our clients, ensuring they have the latest updates on our software, maintaining a strong relationship and ultimately renewing their license/subscription with SAS. You will also be monitoring customer health, identifying at-risk customers and assisting in engaging them.
Required qualifications:

- Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program at the end of course. Or, you are a fresh graduate.
- Graduate and/or Post-Graduate in Business Administration/Business Management
- Have sales acumen/sales bent of mind, entry/basic level knowledge on sales techniques
