  • Qualification: MSW / MHRM in Human Resources
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in an HR Generalist role

Key Responsibilities

As an MSW-HRBP, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  1. Welfare Officer Duties:
    • Act as the designated welfare officer for the site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Promote and maintain a positive work environment to support employee well-being.
  2. Employee Life Cycle Management:
    • Handle all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
    • Support talent management, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  3. HRIS and Policy Administration:
    • Utilize HRIS tools to manage data and ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
    • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.
  4. Employee Engagement Activities:
    • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  5. Attendance and Absenteeism Management:
    • Monitor attendance patterns and address absenteeism issues effectively.
    • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on attendance trends.
  6. MIS and Dashboards:
    • Compile detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports.
    • Create dashboards for tracking key HR metrics and progress.
