Key Responsibilities
As an MSW-HRBP, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Welfare Officer Duties:
- Act as the designated welfare officer for the site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment to support employee well-being.
- Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Handle all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Support talent management, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- HRIS and Policy Administration:
- Utilize HRIS tools to manage data and ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
- Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement Activities:
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Attendance and Absenteeism Management:
- Monitor attendance patterns and address absenteeism issues effectively.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on attendance trends.
- MIS and Dashboards:
- Compile detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Create dashboards for tracking key HR metrics and progress.

- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in HRIS tools and HR analytics.
