1. Injectable – Productions/Quality Control/ IPQA

Work Location: Duvvada/Pydibhimavaram, Vishakhapatnam
Department: Injectables Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 2-8 Years

Qualification and Skills Required:

For Injectable Productions/Manufacturing:

Diploma/B-Tech-Engineering (Minimum 60%)
Expertise in Handling Filling operations of PF5, Catriage B+5 Liquid Vial/Compounding/Aseptic Exposure to Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel, Lyophilizer, and Autoclave
Experience with USFDA regulatory environment and process
Experience in QC analysis of RM, PM, FP & stability. Hands-on experience in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, UPLC, Dissolution, UV-vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF etc.

For Quality Control:

MSc, BSc (Minimum 60%)
Experience in QC analysis of RM, PM, FP & stability. Hands-on experience in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, UPLC, Dissolution, UV-vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF etc.

For IPQA:

MSc Microbiology /B Pharma-Engineering (Minimum 60%)
Experience in Injectable line clearance, material verification, start-up checks, and in-process checks as per the batch manufacturing record, and Batch Packing record.
Exposure working in USFDA Approved organizations
