Role: Fresher – M Pharmacy – Business Development

We are looking for a driven and analytical Fresher with an M Pharmacy degree to support our Business Development activities in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop business development strategies to drive growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Identify new opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives through market research and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance revenue streams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory. This indicates a strong interest in the business and marketing aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
0-2 years of experience in Business Development or related field (pharmaceuticals marketing) – While the role is for a fresher, any relevant internship or project experience will be beneficial.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and international marketing practices. This highlights the need for a foundational knowledge of how pharmaceutical brands are developed and marketed globally.
