🧪 Open Positions in Production Department (Formulations | Biologics)
Qualification Required:
B.Sc., M.Sc. Life Sciences, B.Pharmacy, ITI
1. Filling (Injectables – Sterile Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage shift activities efficiently to ensure smooth operations of filling lines.
Operate and maintain vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, automated filling machines, and capping machines under cGMP conditions.
Ensure compliance with sterile area protocols, hygiene, gowning standards, and environmental monitoring norms.
Adhere to strict documentation standards, batch record entries, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely production schedules and troubleshoot issues swiftly.
2. Blending (Formulation Preparation)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for shift operations related to blending and compounding of injectable formulations.
Operation and cleaning of autoclaves, blending vessels, and CIP/SIP skids.
Handle sterile filtration, solution preparation, and pre-sterilization processes.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and validation protocols.
Maintain sterility assurance levels (SAL) and ensure all equipment logs and records are updated.
🔧 Open Positions in Engineering Department
Qualification Required:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related streams
1. Process Equipment Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of key process equipment such as:
Vial washers
Filling & capping machines
Autoclaves
Lyophilizers
Labeling units
Jacketed vessels
Manage shift operations, spares planning, equipment validation support, and downtime minimization.
Maintain equipment history records, breakdown analysis reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Instrumentation Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Handle instrumentation-related shift operations, including:
BMS (Building Management Systems)
SCADA systems
PLC troubleshooting
Perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown analysis.
Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities with vendors.
Maintain accurate records for calibration logs, maintenance schedules, and audit documentation.
3. Engineering – Laundry Services
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain:
Industrial washing machines
Pre-treatment water systems
Filter cleaning booths
Perform regular maintenance and servicing as per SOP.
Ensure documentation accuracy and track operational parameters.
Ensure cleanroom compliance by maintaining hygiene standards in garment and linen washing cycles.
