Vacancies Across Key Departments: Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B. Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc., ITI
Experience Required:
Hands-on experience in vaccine, biosimilar, or injectable manufacturing.
Strong command over upstream and downstream processes for bacterial or viral antigens.
Capability to execute production batches ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to tight batch timelines.
Efficient in documentation and compliance activities alongside QA and QC departments.
2. Production Formulations (Injectables / Vaccines)
Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B. Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc., ITI
Key Functional Areas:
Blending: Manage shift plans and operate equipment like autoclaves, CIP, and SIP systems.
Filling: Operate sterilizers, filling machines, and vacuum cleaners in cleanroom environments.
Packing & Labelling: Expertise in vial labelling machines, VVM dot inspection systems, barcode readers, and operation of Track and Trace.
3. Engineering (Biologics / Injectables)
Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma
Specializations:
Process Equipment: Maintenance and operation of Vial Washing, Capping, Autoclaves, Lyophilizers, and Labelling Machines.
Instrumentation: Proficient in calibration, AMC, SCADA, PLCs, and handling breakdown troubleshooting activities. Capability in managing instrumentation reports and preventive maintenance efficiently.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy / M.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
AQA (Analytical QA):
SOP review for Quality Control and Stability Protocols.
Closure of OOS, OOT, and OOL records.
Managing deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
Examination of logbooks, media fill results, water trends, EMPs, and analytical method validations.
Active role in Quality Risk Assessment documentation.
QMS (Quality Management Systems):
Monitoring and handling change control, CAPA, deviations, and self-inspections.
Implementation of Site Master File, audit readiness, and gap assessments.
Leading compliance walkthroughs and Gemba visits.
IPQA – Drug Substance:
Oversight of Bulk Viral Antigen production with focus on GMP adherence.
Review of equipment cleaning, dispensing, and preparation records.
Approval of batch records, QMS documents, and trend reports.
Control and monitoring of Master and Working Cell Banks.
IPQA – Drug Product:
Supervise Fill-Finish operations and review SOPs, validation protocols, and batch records.
Monitor line clearance, deviations, and OOS investigations.
Who Should Attend?
This walk-in interview is ideal for experienced candidates with 2 to 8 years of domain-specific experience in production, engineering, or quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. Those with hands-on exposure to injectables, vaccines, and bulk antigen manufacturing will be given preference.
