Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager – Housekeeping & Facility Management

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and facility management to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Maintaining good housekeeping systems at all classified and non-classified areas as per the cGMP.
Maintaining pest control, locker control, and linen management.
Operating and maintaining the laundry activity.
Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment.
Ensuring online documentation of all housekeeping activities.
Implementing cost reduction measures in housekeeping areas.
Ensuring documentation requirements and compliance as per regulatory audits.
Maintaining inventory of housekeeping materials.
Preparing and implementing SOPs and conducting periodic reviews.
Identifying training and development needs for housekeeping supervisors/operators.
Ensuring compliance with site safety and environment policies related to housekeeping activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma, Graduation, or Post Graduation in any relevant field.
8-15 years of experience in Housekeeping and Facility Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with formulations (OSD) and injectables dosage forms.
