We are excited to announce an open position for Scientist – Pharmaceutical Development to join our talented team. If you are passionate about advancing drug development for cancer treatment and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply!

Position: Scientist – Pharmaceutical Development

Desired Profile:

M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 8-10 years of industrial experience, or
PhD in Drug Delivery/Biopharmaceutics with 1-4 years of industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in formulation development: Expertise in developing and manufacturing various enabling and novel formulations to improve the bio-pharmaceutical properties and bioavailability of New Chemical Entities (NCEs) is essential.
Advanced oral & parenteral delivery systems: Deep knowledge of developing sophisticated systems such as:
- Lipid-based delivery systems
- Nano-particulate systems
- Biodegradable polymeric systems
Physicochemical properties of NCEs: Understanding how these properties influence the developability of NCEs, including expertise in working with BCS Class II/III/IV molecules and beyond rule of 5 molecules.
Pharmaceutical development processes: Comprehensive knowledge of the processes involved in NCE development, from solid-state characterization to polymorph and salt screening.
Lab protocols and SOPs: Experience in preparing protocols, guidelines, and SOPs for various lab equipment, instruments, and processes.
Compliance with regulations: A solid understanding of GLP, GMP, ICH guidelines, and adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
