1. Pharmacovigilance Associate

Work Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or BDS
Experience: 2-5 years
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of literature case processing
- Familiarity with drug safety regulations
- Experience in adverse event reporting

2. MICC Associate (Medical Information Contact Centre)

Work Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or BDS
Experience: 2-5 years
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls
- Understanding of MICC SOPs
