Step-by-Step Process for Web Counselling
1. Online Registration and Payment of Processing Fee
Visit cets.apsche.ap.gov.in and click on AP ECET-2025 ADMISSIONS.
Use your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth to log in.
Verify your basic details.
If corrections are needed, select “Yes” and upload supporting documents.
Choose your preferred Help Line Centre (HLC).
Pay the processing fee:
₹1200 for OC/BC
₹600 for SC/ST
Save and print the payment receipt.
2. Online Certificate Verification
Candidates must upload the following documents for online verification. Physical verification is required only for special categories (PWD, NCC, CAP, Scouts & Guides, Anglo-Indian, Sports & Games).

Diploma/Degree Marks Memo
Study Certificates (VII to Diploma / IX to Degree for B.Sc.)
Caste Certificate
Transfer Certificate
Income Certificate (Issued on or after 01-01-2022)
EWS Certificate (for OC candidates)

Local Status Certificate (for Telangana migrants)
Note: Upload clearly scanned documents. Poor image quality or incorrect uploads may lead to rejection.
3. Physical Verification for Special Categories
Candidates under special reservation categories must attend physically at:

PWD: Certificate from District Medical Board (minimum 40% disability)
CAP: Certificates from Zilla Sainik Welfare Board

Anglo-Indian: Certificate from competent authority
4. Exercising Web Options
Option entry is available from 07-07-2025 to 10-07-2025.
Candidates can freeze their choices, making them unchangeable.
Final changes are allowed only on 11-07-2025.
5. Seat Allotment
Results of seat allotment will be available from 13-07-2025, 6:00 PM.
Visit the website and check status using Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
If approved, proceed to Self-Reporting and College Reporting by 17-07-2025.

Eligibility and Minimum Qualification
To qualify for admission via APECET-2025:
OC Candidates: Minimum 44.5% aggregate in Diploma/B.Sc. (Maths)
SC/ST/BC Candidates: Minimum 39.5% aggregate
B.Sc. (Maths) candidates are considered only after diploma holders, as per G.O.Ms.No.49 dated 04.06.2011.
