Job Description
- Collect and compile data related to manufacturing, testing, deviations, change controls, complaints, stability, and market returns for each product.
- Review and analyze the compiled data to identify trends, quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, Regulatory) to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, and approval of APQR reports as per regulatory timelines.
- Identify and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on the APQR findings.
- Maintain APQR documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
