Senior Manager/Manager – PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

Job Criteria: BE, BTech, MBA (Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent field). 12 to 18 years of experience. Must have experience in PPIC operations within the Formulation Business (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and inventory management for formulation sites.

Job Role: Develop and execute strategic production plans. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Lead and mentor the PPIC team.

Manager/Deputy Manager – CAPEX & OPEX Purchase

Job Criteria: BE, BTech, MBA (Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent field). 10 to 15 years of experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Outlook.

Job Role: Manage procurement of CAPEX, OPEX, and Project-related items. Oversee purchase order execution, vendor negotiations, and procurement documentation. Prepare and maintain MIS reports. Drive inter-department coordination.

Executive/Senior Executive – OPEX Purchase

Job Criteria: BE, BTech, MBA (Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent field). 5 to 10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of OPEX procurement. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Outlook.

Job Role: Responsible for purchasing OPEX-related items. Collaborate with project technical teams. Manage vendor negotiations. Maintain procurement reports.

Executive/Senior Executive – Demand Planning

Job Criteria: BE, BTech, BPharm, MSc, MBA (Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent field). 5 to 10 years of experience. Must have experience in international supply chain, demand planning, and inventory management. Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel.

Job Role: Collaborate with the International Marketing team. Develop monthly and quarterly demand forecasts. Conduct demand planning meetings. Drive new product launches. Lead S&OP meetings.

Executive/Senior Executive – Labware Procurement

Job Criteria: BE, BTech, MBA (Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent field). 5 to 10 years of experience. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Outlook.

Job Role: Manage procurement of labware. Must have experience with regulatory market compliance. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
