Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. QA/QC Roles
- Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in product development and stability testing.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and outcomes.
- Support audits and inspections for regulatory certifications.
2. Engineering Roles
- Oversee installation and maintenance of machinery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime.
- Support the development and implementation of new technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
QA/QC Roles:
- Qualifications: B.Pharma, M.Sc., or B.Sc.
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
Engineering Roles:
- Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong educational background and a passion for pharmaceutical production are required.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (for QA/QC candidates).
- Problem-solving skills (for Engineering candidates).
