Candidate Should Have

For Junior Research Associate:

Sound theoretical knowledge of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
Hands-on experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, Southern blot, Northern blot, Western blot, ELISA, etc.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and be a good team player.

For Research Assistant:

Sound theoretical knowledge of Biology.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and be a good team player.
