Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. The CRA will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of bioavailability and bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor BA/BE studies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage clinical trial data.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Study Coordinator in BA/BE studies.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements governing clinical research.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic data capture systems.
