Senior Team Leader / Team Leader Positions

Manage your team’s production, quality, attendance, and shrinkage. Coach and motivate your team to meet organizational goals while maintaining client and internal service level agreements.

3. How to Qualify and Apply

To qualify for manager positions, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the medical coding industry and hold certifications such as CPC, CRC, CCS, COC, or CIC. For Senior Team Leader / Team Leader positions, candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in HCC or E&M coding.
