Roles and Responsibilities: Overall 2-5 years of experience with exposure to Medidata RAVE EDC platform preferred. o Comprehensive data management expertise – deliver efficient, quality data management products focused on meeting customer needs. o Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data management principles and regulatory guidelines. o Attention to detail and accuracy in work. o Excellent organizational, communication, and data management skills (detail oriented).

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Management
- Manage and process clinical trial data.
- Ensure accurate collection, validation, integration, and storage of clinical data.
- Support high-quality data management activities across clinical studies.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance throughout the trial lifecycle.
Clinical Trial Support
- Support clinical research activities and study execution.
- Ensure availability of accurate data for safety and efficacy evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
Data Quality & Compliance
- Perform data review and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with clinical research regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
System Management
- Work with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Utilize Medidata RAVE and related clinical data management tools.
- Support data reconciliation and issue resolution activities.
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Exposure to Medidata RAVE EDC platform preferred.
- Experience supporting clinical trials and research studies.
