Position Summary

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will contribute to our Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance team. Your responsibilities will involve managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing, all while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Create and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data and perform MedDRA coding for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications and reconciliation of reports as per established processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your team and supervisors to address routine problems using general guidelines.
• Documentation: Ensure all activities are documented per client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Rotational Shifts: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or BSc in Nursing.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Skills:
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team collaboration and adaptability.
  • Quick learning agility for new processes and tools.
