About the Role
As a Clinical Data Services Analyst, you will work in the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting biopharma companies across clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient solutions.
You’ll play a key role in Clinical Data Management (CDM), ensuring accurate data collection, integration, and availability. Your responsibilities will include report generation, database management, edit check validation, and clinical trial data reconciliation using advanced tools and programming languages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clinical trial reports using SAS, J-Review, Cognos, SQL, and PLSQL.
Perform data management tasks: discrepancy review, query generation, and resolution.
Create CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE Reconciliation Guidelines.
Conduct protocol deviation reviews in databases.
Write test cases and scripts, and perform database validation (UAT) against CRF/eCRF specifications.
Manage clinical data management projects.
Solve moderately complex problems, propose new solutions, and adapt existing processes.
Support strategic goals set by senior management.
Manage small teams and/or individual work efforts.
Work in rotational shifts (as required).
