As an IPQA Sr. Executive/Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the injectable manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will be crucial in upholding the integrity and safety of our pharmaceutical products.

About the Role

This role focuses on In-Process Quality Assurance activities within the injectables manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to established quality procedures and regulatory guidelines at every stage of production.

Responsibilities

Conducting regular in-process checks and audits during the injectable manufacturing process.
Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Monitoring critical parameters and documenting observations accurately.
Identifying and addressing any deviations or quality issues that may arise during production.
Collaborating with production and other quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Reviewing batch manufacturing records and other relevant documentation.
Participating in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the manufacturing areas.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes within the injectable unit.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry
Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma)

Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in the IPQA department of an injectable manufacturing unit is required.
A strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and aseptic techniques is essential.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for injectable pharmaceuticals is necessary.
