Job Description

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Providing line clearances, collecting samples, conducting AQL inspections, examining batch records, preparing visual inspection defect sets, and having exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation). Experience in monitoring NVPC and trending, documenting activities on the shop floor, and executing Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities.

Quality Control

Handling LIMS masters, biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa), assay of Heparin and Enoxaparin, analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material, handling HPLC/GC, UV Visible Instruments, KF, Potentiometers, IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography, AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR. Knowledge of preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Production Pharma

Operating vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, sterilization, vial filling and sealing machines, PFS filling machines, lyophilizers with auto loading and unloading systems (ALIS). Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, media filling activities, manufacturing and compounding activities. Experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities. Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities.

Microbiology

Familiarity with basic microbiology techniques. Graduates of 2024 with at least 60% marks and excellent communication skills. Environmental monitoring of aseptic areas, water sampling and utility monitoring, and trend preparation.

Qualifications & Experience

QA (IPQA): BPharm/MPharm/MSc (3-9 years experience)
QC: BPharm/MSc (Injectables) (3-5 years experience)
Production Pharma: Diploma/BSc (2-6 years experience), MPharm/BPharm (2-7 years experience)
Microbiology: MSc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) (Freshers & 2-5 years experience)
