Job Description

Quality Control Microbiology

Key Responsibilities

Perform Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Total Viable Count (TVC) of in-process products (injectable), raw materials, and finished products.
Conduct microbiological clean room area qualification and periodic validation using settle plates, contact plates, and air sampling.
Review all microbiological documents and reports of BET, TVC, and Environmental Monitoring (EM).
Participate in planning and executing sampling and distribution activities related to process validation, hold time, cleaning validation, media fill, and periodic validation/qualification.
Perform water sampling in formulation sterile plants for RO water, purified water, raw water, potable water, and in-process water.
Conduct water analysis for pathogen testing.
Perform Microbial Limit Test (MLT) analysis of finished products, raw materials, bulk samples, stability, and validation samples.
Work in shifts as required.
