Role Overview: Quality Assurance Freshers

As a QA fresher at Advity, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clinical and bioanalytical operations adhere to stringent regulatory guidelines and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of QA processes in BA/BE studies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting audits of clinical and bioanalytical operations to ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
Support the documentation process, including the review and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of clinical research.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc (Chemistry/Life Sciences) degree.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Quality Assurance.
Basic understanding of GCP and GLP guidelines is a plus.
