Departments & Skills:

• Manufacturing:
  • Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, cartridges.
  • Complex injectable compounding/peptide compounding.
  • Exposure to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave.
  • USFDA regulatory environment experience.
• Engineering:
  • Process area maintenance (manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclave, isolators, lyophilization).
• Quality Control – Microbiology:
  • MLT testing and WFI BET.
  • Microbiological assay by cup plate method.
  • Sterility testing and sterility tube observation.
  • Media preparation and media fill activity.
  • Pharma regulatory audits knowledge.
• Quality Control – Chemical:
  • Handling instruments (HPLC, GC, PSD, LBPC, ICPMS, AAS, KF, dissolution, UV, IR, etc.).
  • RMPM samples, IPFP stability samples, and analytical instrument calibration.
  • Regulatory environment and Empower 3 software experience.
• Packing:
  • Qualification for device packing and Cartridge line-Auto Cartonator.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Manufacturing: Diploma/B.Tech Engineering (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
• Engineering: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
• Quality Control – Microbiology: M.Sc. Microbiology (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
• Quality Control – Chemical: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry (Minimum 60%), 3-5 years experience.
• Packing: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical) (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
