Walk-In Interviews for Quality Assurance (QA – IPQA, QMS-Injectable)

Designation:

Junior Executive to Senior Executive

Department:

Quality Assurance (QMS, IPQA – Injectable)

Number of Vacancies:

40 Positions (QMS: 10, IPQA: 30)

Qualifications Required:

M. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M.Sc., B.Sc. (Life Sciences)

Experience Required:

2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents, ensuring timely closure.
Conduct plant rounds to monitor production and confirm quality conformance.
Check critical documents such as equipment logbooks, temperature, and humidity records.
Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications.
Supervise raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) sampling and dispensing procedures.
Ensure machine line clearance in the production area.

Designation:

Junior Operator, Junior Executive, Senior Executive (Filling)

Qualifications Required:

B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharma, B. Tech, Diploma (Mechanical) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical)

Experience Required:

2 to 7 years

Number of Vacancies:

30 Positions

Salary Range:

Based on current CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Basic knowledge of aseptic operations.
Hands-on experience in vial, cartridge, and ampoule filling.
Ability to control and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production speed.
Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per the schedule.
Maintain clean work areas and ensure equipment is properly cleaned before and after shifts.
Manage line activities for injectable manufacturing.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs for production efficiency.
Remove damaged products or supplies when necessary.
