Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive – Employee Engagement, you will:

Organize and support events, activities, and team-building exercises to boost morale and foster a sense of community within the organization.
- Provide in-person support and coordination as needed.
Administer recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions.
- Coordinate the local distribution of awards and manage programs such as new joiner and new baby gifts.
Participate actively in monthly meetings and assist in organizing engagement initiatives.
Collect and analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Collaborate with engagement team members and leaders to support global engagement programs and initiatives.
Assist in coordinating employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights for organizational improvements.
Handle in-person events for up to 1,000 people, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

Education: An MBA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an HR or engagement-focused role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in business-level English language skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to connect with diverse teams.
- Quick learning ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
