Sterile/Parenteral/Aseptic Manufacturing Processes: Including filling, sealing, filtration, and production quality management systems (QMS).
Batch Manufacturing: Handling operations for precision and compliance with quality standards.
Autoclave and Terminal Sterilization: Expertise in sterilization techniques to maintain product integrity.
Packaging Operations: Including ophthalmic, vial, pre-filled syringes (PFS), lyophilized (LYO) products, and cartridges.

Machine Exposure

Candidates should be proficient in operating advanced machinery such as:

Filling Machines: Groninger, Optima, Dyno Truking, Bosch filling machines.
Sealing Machines: High-precision sealing equipment.
Steam Sterilizers: Including Fedegree models for efficient sterilization.
