Production and Packing Opportunities
Job Criteria for Production:
- Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI.
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production.
Job Role for Production:
As a Production team member, you will be responsible for managing critical operations such as:
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating
- Pelletization
- Capsule Filling Area
This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work with state-of-the-art equipment and processes to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Job Criteria for Packing:
- Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI.
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
Job Role for Packing:
In the Packing department, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing bulk bottle and blister packing.
- Overseeing Track and Trace, serialization, and documentation.
- Operating machines such as CVC, Servo, Counter, CAM, BOS, HONGA & UHLMANN.
This role requires an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products are packed according to stringent quality standards.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Opportunities
Job Criteria for Quality Control:
- Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc.
- Experience Required: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in quality control.
Job Role for Quality Control:
As part of the Quality Control team, you will:
- Operate instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, KF, IPC DES, and IR Spectrophotometer.
- Handle QMS activities and ensure compliance with GLP.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure QC compliance at all stages of production.
Job Criteria for Quality Assurance:
- Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc.
- Experience Required: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
Job Role for Quality Assurance:
In this role, you will:
- Perform area and equipment line clearance.
- Manage process validation and cleaning validation.
- Review BMR and BPR and handle shop floor QMS documents.
- Ensure shop floor compliance and manage IPQA activities, change control, deviations, incidents, and CAPA documentation.
