Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Genpact, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Data Collection Support: Assist in collecting data to facilitate account recovery for end users.
- Understanding Client Processes: Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Issue Reproduction and Escalation: Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs when necessary.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Critical Thinking: Exhibit the capacity for critical thinking and effective analysis in resolving issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (excluding Law).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates up to 5 years of experience in a voice process are eligible.
- English Proficiency: Must have excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral English accent.
- Availability: Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Probing Skills: Effective probing and analytical skills are desirable.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts as needed.
