NovoBliss Research®️ Private Limited is seeking talented and experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to join our dynamic team. As a CRA, you will play a crucial role in managing patient-based clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and maintaining high standards of communication and organization.
Position Name : Clinical research Associate

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Msc, BSc, Lifesciences
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 /month
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of patient-based clinical trials
- Ensure trials are conducted in compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site visits for monitoring and ensuring protocol adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of trial activities
- Collaborate with investigators and other site staff to ensure smooth trial operations
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during trials
- Frequent travel to trial sites as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research
- Strong understanding of GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
