Position Name : Medical Information Contact Center Representative – PV

Qualification: M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ Pharm. D
Experience: 0 YEARS / Freshers – 1 Year
Salary: 18000 Per Month
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time (No Work From Home)
Employment Bond: 18 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical information inquiries and complaint management.
- Manage calls efficiently, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
Requirements:
- Freshers with an M.Pharm/B.Pharm/PharmaD degree.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in call centers interested in moving to Pharmacovigilance (PV) are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of call handling in medical information and complaint management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No cab facility provided.
- No night shift allowances at the moment.
Terms & Conditions:
- Candidates must commit to an 18-month employment bond.
- No work-from-home option available.
